Like in a sketch book, I share with you some of my artwork, photographs and mixed media visual research I have been doing over the last few years. My first love is photography, then watercolour and mono print came along. I took so many creative tangents! I ventured in the wonderful and highly fulfilling world of the crafts, experimented with felt, knitting and crochet.
This b/w photograph was taken in an artist’s studio in glorious Florence, in Italy. I found these frames and mould there, hanging on the wall, and I immediately took the photograph. I find this image beautifully daunting and compelling.
